Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Bukvorez (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Telegram-based English learning bot (the “Bot”), provided by Bukvorez Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland. By accessing or using the Bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Bot.
• “Services” refer to the interactive lessons, stories, and related functionalities offered through the Bot.
• “Content” includes text, images, audio, and other materials provided through the Bot.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Bot immediately.

4. Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Bot. Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Bot.

5. User Obligations

As a User, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when prompted.
• Use the Bot in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from any conduct that could harm the Bot, other users, or third parties.
• Not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Bot, including software, design, text, graphics, and audio elements, are owned by Bukvorez Sp. z o.o. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bot for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Bot.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Bot.
• Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code.

8. Payment and No-Refund Policy

Any payments made in connection with premium features or subscriptions—if offered—are non-refundable, except as required by Polish consumer protection laws. By making a payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this no-refund policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bukvorez Sp. z o.o. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bukvorez Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot. Our total liability for any claim related to the Bot shall not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for access to the Bot.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bukvorez Sp. z o.o., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Bot or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with the date of revision. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
